Thanks for asking! I'm heavy into the revision process now, but I have quite a ways to go. My aim is for the end of September, though the way these things go, early to mid-October is probably more realistic. 😀
I've done a lot more outlining in book 2 of my current series than I have for any other book I've written, and it has paid off. Though I've found that even outlining is an ongoing process.

I can believe that. And it's also quite a personal recipe too.
It's only clicked for me once I looked at my drafts and saw a pattern of errors and thought "I can outline out those mistakes going forward."
There's so many threads and details in a second book that I'm realizing (perhaps a little late) without a decent map I'll just forget where I'm going.
I'm actually looking forward to outlining my second book! Which is a crazy thought for me.
PS - Do we have a release date for book 2? 😉
