This was a cool breakdown. I’ve experimented with MJ a lot and did discover a way to get more consistent characters. It’s been awhile so I can’t remember the exact process off the top of my head 😂 But it’s been great for like “pre-viz”, toying with ideas. But I intend to hire an artist at some point.
Also very cool seeing you mention palm-leafed manuscripts as my serial has a character that uses one 😅
So, as part of the magic system, the characters utilise books patterned after their cultural backgrounds. They’re able to form weapons from the pages. One of the side characters is a girl from Kerala who uses a palm-lead manuscript 😊

Matt Wolfe has a new(ish) video on how to use your own face (you could use a character's as well) in MJ. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xghRh3ev3nc&ab_channel=MattWolfe
That might help?
That’s interesting! Tell me more?
I’ve had Underland on my backlog for the longest time 😬

Same with Fable! I have it open, ready to read 😅
That sounds fascinating 🤔
