I wanted to see you what you thought about me ditching prompts on The Reader Experience to focus down on helping readers "build a one-person media empire by focusing on the reader experience" ?
I'd still post them on Microcosm and link to them in a Monthly round up post.
Or include them all in the main craft/theme article.
Hi Zane - thanks for asking my opinion about this. I love your articles on Substack, so filled with interesting and useful info. The prompts are interesting too but I'm not sure that I would ever follow through with writing an article from a prompt on Substack, I don't know about your other subscribers, of course. I think narrowing the focus is a good idea, the name of your newsletter says it all. The Reader Experience, great name. It's not the Writer Experience, but the Reader Experience. So the focus could be on reading and learning rather than writing, so yes, ditch the prompts.
